At this meeting one director were elected to fill the remaining term on the Board. The elected director was Greg West and he will join Hollis Perkins and Phil Lanier to compose the 2022 Board of Director's.

Thank you for those of you that were able to attend the Annual Meeting of Members!
The official vote for the Amended Restrictions for Bay Pointe Landing HOA took place and all in attendance voted to approve all amendments.
Trash Service Information/Update:
It was brought the the Board's attention that some of you may have received a letter in the mail from the City of Conroe instructing you to switch your trash service to the City of Conroe. I spoke with the City of Conroe as well as Montgomery County MUD #4 and they all confirmed that this letter was sent out in error. A follow up letter should be sent out revoking the previous letters sent. Your trash will continue to be picked up by Montgomery County MUD #4 and not the City of Conroe; you do NOT need to switch to their services.
